OG Website Refresh

Web Design / Rebrand Implementation | 2025 | OpenGov | Figma & Wordpress | Supported lead designer: Ashley B.

The Challenge

As part of OpenGov’s full rebrand, I worked closely with my design manager and a cross-functional team to refresh the company’s entire website: more than 90 pages in just 8 weeks. This effort was critical to avoid confusion for our clients and prospects while giving the new brand a modern, unified web presence. Internally, it was called a “heroic effort.”

While I wasn’t the lead designer, I played a key role in the design phase, collaborating on structure, visuals, page layouts, and new interactive elements

The Process

Redesigned 10+ core pages in Figma with product marketers along with the following modules:

  • Quote section

  • Gallery component

  • Menu redesign

  • Header layouts

  • An interactive map concept for the Careers page

I also partnered with copywriters, devs, and PMMs to bring everything together

The Impact

Website now consistently drives 10+ MQLs/month via the demo form

  1. By mid-August 2025, it generated:

    • 24 S1s and 12 S2s, making it the top-performing source

  2. A $20K ARR deal closed in July 2025 from a lead who submitted a form via our redesigned product suite pages

What I learned

This project taught me how to manage high-volume design under tight timelines without sacrificing quality. It sharpened my collaboration skills and pushed me to translate a rebrand across varied use cases. All while balancing stakeholder needs, user experience, and visual cohesion.
